Clean Connect

Clean Connect is a sealing system that clamps the chute, making it impossible for fine particles to escape and preventing any loss of product. This operation is performed manually by the operator.

It is designed to improve sealing during big bag emptying or filling operations. It prevents outside/inside and inside/outside contamination.

There are several types of ISERCO Clean Connect:

• The single skin Clean Connect.
• The dual skin Clean Connect, which allows the Big Bag to be degassed via an installation spigot.
• The height adjustable Clean Connect. This compensates for the different lengths of the big bag discharge chute by incorporating a vertical axis that allows the Clean Connect to be raised and lowered. This adjustment is made using an electro-pneumatic jack.
