ISERCO offers a wide range of big bag emptying stations. We are able to adapt our equipment according to the product to be deconditioned, the production process, and any other parameters to be taken into account in order to meet our customers’ expectations.

ISERCO Big-Bag emptying stations are made of steel or stainless steel and include:

• A steel or stainless steel structure
• A frame with monorail and hoist (electric, pneumatic or manual)
• A cross-member for handling the big bag (a “standard” cross-member or a lifting cross-member)
• A vibrated hopper to facilitate the extraction and an unloading chamber.
• A connection transport by screw or by pneumatic transport (optional)
• An ISERCLOSE for the partial emptying of the big bag (optional)
• A CLEAN CONNECT for emptying to ensure a better seal (optional)
• A lump breaker to break the clods formed in the big bag (optional)
• A weighing/weighing system to know the quantity of product extracted from the big bag (optional)

A poorly flowing product is a product with a very fine particle size that has taken on a lot of mass. In this case, it is recommended to add a hydraulic massage to the emptying station. This system is composed of hydraulic cylinders, implanted towards the lower part of the big bag to break the clods and the vaults. Each cylinder is activated by a piston, offering the necessary force to crush the strongly agglomerated materials.

It is an automated and secure system.
