ISERCO offers a wide range of Bulk Bag filling stations. The filling stations allow the packaging of powders, granules and any solid in big bags or bags in an ergonomic way. This in order to facilitate and secure handling for the operator.
Our complete range of filling equipment is tailored to meet the specific needs of industries using flexible containers.
For a yield demand of up to 60 big bags per hour, we recommend fully automatic filling equipment. This type of installation requires little or no action from the operator. The operator only has to configure the machine at the start of the cycle.
Everything is done automatically from the installation of the big bags, to the starting of the conveyors, to the preforming of the big bags, to the system allowing the big bag to be closed.
The installation is started up by a PLC program inserted into an electrical cabinet and equipped with an HMI allowing the desired mode to be selected.
The fully automatic emptying station has a safety system, since in the event of an anomaly detected by the program, the machine stops.
