The big bag emptying station is intended for the regular and controlled extraction of hard flowing powder from big bags.

An emptying station is generally made up of :

• A steel or stainless steel frame
• A frame with monorail and hoist
• A cross-member for handling the big bag
• A vibrated hopper to facilitate the extraction and an unlacing chamber
• A connection transport by screw or by pneumatic transport (optional)

In the case of a need for emptying a product with a low flowability, it is advisable to provide a more complete solution with a pneumatic massage system. Its action is aimed at breaking the clods of the product that has taken mass in the big bag. The pneumatic massage is composed of cylinders that are integrated into the vibrating hopper to facilitate the emptying of the big bag exit. It is an automated and secure system.
There are two pneumatic massage configurations. One is a bottom massage with cylinders positioned under the massage paddles. The other system has a lateral massage with cylinders placed on each side of the big bag.

It is also possible to add a lump breaker under the hopper to crush the lumps formed by the product during storage or transport.
