Lump-breaker with simple crushing shaft
The lump breaker is used to crush a lumpy product so that it becomes fluid. Under no circumstances does the lump breaker act as a crusher and therefore cannot be considered as such.
The lump breaker is installed under the sealing system and in front of the product transfer system.
Its limited height enables it to be easily integrated into processes where space is limited.
The lump-breaker with a simple crushing shaft allows a flow of 10m³ of product per hour.
ISERCO lump breakers are made of steel or stainless steel and include:
- A frame with the required installation dimensions
- shaft sealing bearings
- A passageway grid
- 1 crushing shaft with lumping blades
- One control unit per gear motor
It is possible to add different options to this device like :
- A perforated sheeting
- Quick disassembly on a slide rail
